Celebrating Women Leaders: IWD 2025

In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, we are thrilled to celebrate and acknowledge the incredible contributions of 30 Pacific women leaders.
This is our way of saying “thank you” and shining a light on their strength, resilience, and leadership.

“Caroline (Thelma) Vuki is the Deputy Principal for Years 7, 9, and 11 at Rooty Hill High School in New South Wales, Australia. As a dedicated educator and woman of faith, she plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students and staff alike. Beyond her commitments at Rooty Hill High School, Ms. Vuki actively contributes to the broader educational community. She has participated as a panelist at events organized by the Australian Pasifika Educators Network (APEN) in Sydney, engaging in discussions aimed at empowering educators and students within the Pasifika community.

Ms. Vuki is also involved with the Pacific Women’s Professional & Business Network (PWPBN), a collective dedicated to sharing, empowering, and inspiring Pacific women. The PWPBN focuses on nurturing women’s leadership, advocating for equality, and creating opportunities for professional and personal development.

Through her multifaceted roles, Caroline Vuki demonstrates a steadfast commitment to education, community engagement, and the empowerment of youth and women in the Pacific community”

Stay tuned as we celebrate these inspiring women who continue to shape and lead our communities.
