“Lautoa Faletau is currently a Pacific Development Specialist based in ACT with extensive expertise in regional security, stakeholder engagement, program facilitation and delivery, as well as gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI). Her work is centred around fostering collaboration and driving innovation to secure a sustainable future for the Pacific.
Prior to her current role, Lautoa spent 27 years in law enforcement, serving with both the Tonga Police and the Australian Federal Police. She was previously a Specialist Associate Director at Deloitte before deciding to pursue her passion as a freelance Pacific development specialist”
