In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, we are thrilled to celebrate and acknowledge the incredible contributions of 30 Pacific women leaders.
This is our way of saying “thank you” and shining a light on their strength, resilience, and leadership.
“Sharda Jogia, originally from the small town of Ba, Fiji, is a highly respected advocate for women’s empowerment. She has spent over 40 years advancing women’s health, education, employment and financial stability.
As Director of Women’s Health for SWSLHD and a leader in multicultural health services, Sharda has driven key policy developments on domestic violence, heart disease, and women’s well-being. She was also involved in the Pacific Cancer Screening Project with PWPBN helping raise awareness and screening.
Now retired, she continues her impact as a highly respected consultant and mentor/coach, supporting organisations like the Women’s Justice Network and Dress for Success, helping women achieve employment and financial independence and improving health and wellbeing”
Stay tuned as we celebrate these inspiring women who continue to shape and lead our communities.
