In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, we are thrilled to celebrate and acknowledge the incredible contributions of 30 Pacific women leaders.
This is our way of saying “thank you” and shining a light on their strength, resilience, and leadership.

“Tracey Pouliva’ati is a dedicated professional in the social services sector, specializing in mental health and community outreach. She currently serves as a Plan Manager at Blue Wing Care Professionals, an organization committed to providing comprehensive care services.

In her role at Blue Wing Care Professionals, Tracey focuses on developing and implementing support systems tailored for marginalised groups, with a particular emphasis on mental health and well-being. Her leadership has significantly improved access to essential services for underrepresented populations, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tracey has been actively involved with the Pacific Women’s Professional & Business Network (PWPBN), where she served as Treasurer during the 2019–2020 term. PWPBN is dedicated to empowering Pacific women through education and leadership strategies, and Tracey’s contributions have been instrumental in advancing these initiatives. Tracey’s commitment to community well-being is further exemplified by her participation in events such as the “Family Togetherness Week of Prayer,” highlighting her dedication to fostering unity and support within communities. Through her dedication and compassionate approach, Tracey Pouliva’ati continues to make a profound impact in the field of social services, advocating for mental health awareness and striving to enhance the quality of life for those she serves”
